water babies

We went swimming last week at a friends house. We had a great time on this especially hot day. When all of the big kids were younger we had a pool of our own and swam extensively. They have all loved the water & swimming from birth. The same has been true for the now babies (Andrew & Carmen). Except we don't have our own pool. This was Carmen's first time to be completely in a pool. Before she had just dipped her toes in a small wading pool. She loved it! Andrew is a bit more hesitant to fully get in, but once he warms up to the idea he's good and then getting him out is hard. Someday I'd like to get our own pool again....someday.
