How does this happen????

I won't name the culprit behind this doing. But when I asked the child if he did it (there were only two home at the time and the other was napping) he was very straight & forth coming in his answer. Of course he had (as a matter of fact). But when asked why, he told me it got wet a little bit so he decided to put the whole thing in the toilet to get it ALL wet. (well, that makes sense!) That is NOT fun to pick up out of the toilet, although it could be worse.
