I tried out a new fitness class at they Y. It's called Zumba. Go ahead....google it. I didn't know what it was either until it was introduced to our staff. Here is a sample of what is taught in a typical class (you don't have to watch the whole video, it's kind of long, just enough to get an idea)
Ok, but really, I didn't look just like that. I get points for trying and no, you won't see any video of ME doing it. I took Angel, she loved it and moves with a lot more grace than I did.
